I wanted to make the comment that this utility must first belt tighten before it ever goes to ask for such a huge increase. They are known for absolutely over the top salaries for their managers and huge bennies for their employees. Most people are struggling right now so I DO NOT SEE THE NEED FOR AN INCREASE.
