Consumers Council of Missouri invites members and supporters to participate in our upcoming advocacy day at the Missouri State Capitol. This event is an opportunity to stand up for utility consumers, engage with lawmakers, and make your voice heard on how rising household utility rates affect Missouri families. Whether you are new to advocacy or a seasoned participant, your presence makes a difference. We hope you’ll join us as we work together to advance policies that protect and empower Missouri consumers.
When: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, April 8th, 2026
NOTE: The originally scheduled March 26th advocacy day has been cancelled and rescheduled to April 8th, 2026.
Where: Meet at 9:00am in the Third Floor Rotunda of the Missouri Capitol Building, 201 W. Capital Avenue, Jefferson City MO. Consumers Council will provide information about pending bills and key talking points related to how Missouri legislators have enabled utilities to increase their profits.
